We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. If there is a problem with an item you ordered or if you simply change your mind, we will gladly issue a refund or make an exchange.


Returns
Returns may be made within 14 days for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling). Please return your order with a copy of the packing slip and a brief note as to why you are returning your order. A refund to your credit card will be made within 72 hours of receiving your return. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping
Orders received Sunday thru Thursday will generally be shipped out within 36 hours. Orders received Friday and Saturday will be shipped out within two business days. Some orders may take longer to process, in this case an email notification will be sent.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchase on our website and at our store in amounts of $25.00 and above. Gift Certificates do not expire, however they are difficult to replace, please handle them as cash. At this time we are unable to accept gift certificates for online payment.

Sales Tax
If you reside in or ship to Minnesota applicable sales tax will be added.
